Hi,
If the ldff throws error 'Query caused no records to be retrieved'
then SR to be updated as 'Check the DFF setups done or not'
If the ldff throws error 'PRE-FORM trigger raised unhandled exception'
then SR to be updated as 'Check if there is space between the parameters'
